Get to Know Logan Wadsworth

Updated: May 27, 2022

Squisito Franchisee in Maryland & Washington, DC

At Squisito Pizza & Pasta and Squisito Too, our franchisees become part of our family, and Logan Wadsworth has been part of Squisito since 2019. Through the ups and the downs of the COVID-19 pandemic, his dedication to providing incredible food, excellent customer service, and far-reaching support to his local community make him an amazing part of the Squisito family!

Logan first came to Squisito in 2019 when he trained in local stores in Maryland to really learn the brand. In early 2020, he officially acquired Squisito Pizza & Pasta in Ellicott City, and a few months later he signed on as a multi-unit franchisor and his newest store, Squisito Too, is set to open in the spring of 2021 in Washington, DC. He is excited to bring the build-your-own concept, Squisito Too, a build-your-own concept, to Tenleytown in a few short weeks. Get to know more about Logan in this fun Q&A below!

Tell us about your experience in the food industry (or what made you want to join the food industry)

I used to run a family entertainment center which entailed everything from food service to private events. The growth opportunities are what really swayed me to the food industry.

What drew you to Squisito specifically and how has the support been from the Squisito corporate team?

Besides the longevity of the brand, the Squisito cuisine is beyond magnificent and travels exceptionally well. The support from the corporate team has been cutting-edge from day one. They’re ultra-responsive and forward thinking, especially with the pandemic at hand, so it’s great to have a support system I can depend on.

What’s your favorite dish on the menu?

Hands down my favorite dish is the Penne alla vodka. The delicious creamy vodka rose sauce really completes the dish!

How do you plan to impact your local community with Squisito and how have they responded to you being open?

Here at Squisito, I believe I’m speaking for us as a whole when I say we are community driven and love to get involved with the local neighborhoods. Even though my newest restaurant, Squisito Too in Tenleytown hasn’t opened yet. We have already seen an amazing response with multiple catering requests, fundraisers, and a lot of excitement from the community.

If you could go back in time and give your 18-year-old-self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Never stop growing but stay in the moment at the time. I’m proud to be a self-made business owner and look forward to Squisito Too opening in a few short weeks!
